Private Classes - 75 min.
Private yoga classes designed specifically for you and your needs. Each person’s body, mind, nervous system, and story are different, and therefore require different practices. The class will consist of physical postures (asana), breathing techniques (pranayama), and a final resting pose (savasana) with meditation – each part curated for you.
* A completed intake form and introductory call will take place prior to scheduling.
*Must be local to the NY Metro Area for an in-person private class. Location will be discussed on the introductory call.
